About This Privacy-First CSV Phone Number Cleaner
This site exists to support the Bulk Phone Normalizer and the import-prep problem it is built to solve. It is designed for practical CSV cleanup work: normalize safe rows to E.164, preserve the rest of each row, and separate risky rows instead of pretending everything is import-ready.
What Problem This Tool Solves
Many contact exports and spreadsheet-based lists contain phone fields that look usable at first glance but still create failed imports, broken dialing, or messy records once they hit a CRM, dialer, or API workflow.
This tool focuses on a narrower job than a generic formatter: clean the phone column in a messy CSV so the import is safer and the output is easier to trust.
Why We Focus on Import-Prep Instead of Guesswork
The goal is not to force every row into a result. The goal is to produce a cleaned CSV that is safer to import.
When a row includes missing country context, multiple numbers in one cell, an extension, or extra note text inside the phone field, the safer move is to send that row to review instead of guessing and creating a bad contact record.
How the Browser-Based Workflow Works
The workflow is intentionally simple:
- upload a CSV export
- choose the phone column
- optionally map a country column or set a default country
- normalize safe rows into E.164
- separate risky rows into a needs-review file
- preserve the rest of the CSV structure

Why Local Processing Matters
Core CSV processing is designed to happen locally in your browser rather than through server-side CSV handling. That keeps the workflow simpler, faster, and more privacy-friendly for users preparing import files that may contain sensitive contact data.
The normal workflow does not upload your CSV to our server for processing, and CSV contents are not retained by us as part of the core cleanup flow.
Who Runs This Site
Bulk Phone Normalizer is operated by CALIFF PERFORMANCE MARKETING.
This site is built for people cleaning messy CSV contact exports before import, including operations users, CRM admins, marketers, recruiters, sales teams, and anyone trying to normalize a phone column into safer E.164 output.
It is not built as a telecom lookup service, phone verification API, or single-number formatting tool. Its job is narrower: clean the phone column in a messy CSV, preserve the rest of the row, and separate risky rows for review instead of guessing.
